Simon Shaw – Simon Shaw is the co-founder and past director of the international award-winning salon group, Haringtons. He has spent 30 years in the industry and over 23 years creating salon culture, focusing on developing people and providing top customer service. Simon has now launched Simon Shaw Education, and is undertaking courses for L'Oreal both in the UK and abroad, as well as privately for individual salons. Simon is also a mentor for L'Oreal's id artist programme. Simon¹s innovative courses include The Winning Game, a programme in which each participant experiences the value of being a coach and being coached, while Show Real focuses on developing personal skills in presenting and delivering memorable demonstrations.
