Award-winning hairdresser Ken's destination salon in Cardiff offers everything from hair services to beauty, a full time make-up artist, dentist and food menu; one of the most recent celebs to visit is X Factor¹s Tulisa who popped in recently for a manicure and pedicure. The salon also looks after the cast of Casualty, Doctor Who and a host of other presenters, actresses and actors.

The salon has been named Best Salon Team and Best Salon Experience in the prestigious Most Wanted Awards 2011; last year Ken won Business Pro ­ and he¹s also nominated for Wales and South West British Hairdresser of the Year, a title that he's won before. Other awards include Salon of the Year, won twice, awarded by the Fellowship for British Hairdressing; Innovator of the Year at the BHBAs 2010; Visionary of the Year Award 2008 ­ the list goes on!

The salon is a L'Oreal Portfolio member ­ the only salon in Wales appointed by L'Oreal to represent their brand - and will soon be launching kenpictonboutique.com, think netaporter for hair and beauty.

The salon team includes 21 year-old Daffyd Rhys who appears on TV every week in Wales on Wedi 3 (the Welsh equivalent of 'This Morning'), BBC Wales and S4C TV shows; and top colourists Nicola Stevens and Paul Denman.
